BLOOD on the CLOCKTOWER
Step inside The Dice Tower for an evening of mystery, deception and blood.
A Social Deduction Game at its finest. Across three main versions of the game, Blood on the Clocktower offers 99 unique characters each with their own ability to help your team prevail. You will either be Good or Evil, playing for your side.
One of you, will be the Demon, killing at night to take over the town. Will Evil manage to bluff and kill their way to victory? Or will Good see though the web of lies and manage to execute the Demon before it’s too late?
We run weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00pm – 10:00pm along with selected Sundays.
Looking for a private event?
If you have a group that wanted to play Blood on the Clocktower as a private session, we might be able to provide a storyteller for you so that everyone can play! To do this, use the Book a Table feature, and in the booking requests, say that you would like to enquire if there is a storyteller available. Clocktower needs a minimum of 5 players to run, can handle up to 20 players and is at its best around 12 players.

Beginner Friendly Week
One week is our Beginner Friendly session where we play Trouble Brewing and explain all about
the game. This week is open to all players from first timers to veterans and is as always hosted
by your Dice Tower Storyteller. If we have no first timers, the night will be open to any script.
Any Script Week
The other week we play any script from the game. Trouble Brewing, Bad Moon Rising, Sects &
Violets and Custom Scripts. We advise that people coming to
this session already have an understanding of the game. As always though, the game will be
hosted by your Dice Tower Storyteller who will be on hand for any questions you might have.
GAME INFO
In a hellish thunderstorm, at the stroke of midnight, you hear a scream! Rushing out to the Town
Square, you find your beloved storyteller impaled on the hour hand of the Clocktower, their
blood dripping down to the cobbles below. They have been the first victim of the demon and will
be your guide for this game.
At the start you will draw from the bag either a blue (good) token, or a red (evil) token. This will
show your character and ability information. You will also have a script listing characters that
could be in this version of the game.
If you are good, you are trying to help town find and execute the demon. If the demon dies, good
win! If you are evil, you are trying to destroy the town. If just two players are left alive, evil wins.
The game is split into two phases: a day phase and a night phase.
At night, the storyteller will wake certain players one at a time for them to use their ability. This
could be to protect someone, to learn something about a player, to poison someone, or to kill.
During the day, you are free to talk openly, or privately. Stay in the Town Square or find
somewhere quiet to talk about what you have found out. Most good players will be telling the
truth, but some might be lying to protect their identity. Evil players will be definitely lying and
trying to confuse the town.
Before the day comes to an end, the Storyteller will call everyone to the Town Square.
“NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN!” This final part of the day is where the town decide who should be
executed in an attempt to kill the demon. Players will have the opportunity to nominate and
voice an accusation. Nominated players can have their defence or plea to the town. Players can
then vote and have their say. If there are enough votes, they player will be marked for execution
and killed at dusk if no other players receive the same or more votes than themselves.
If the Demon is still alive at the end of the day and more than two players left alive, the game
falls to night and continues.
